Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel:
iOS Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Lashio → Cancel Subscription
Make sure you're using the correct Apple ID you originally registered with. If the problem persists, please contact us via email.
Yes, you can export your client data anytime within the app. Go to Settings → Export Data.
Send us an email at support@lashio.de with your request. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
